Track: Good 4 Weather: Cloudy

Kuroyangi is a promising runner who gets the services of Jamie Kah. Likeable return and can go one better in this. Drifting hails from the Snowden camp and has been subject to good support upon resumption. A lot to like about the debut of ManoloBling who has plenty of upside and should give this a shake. Madrina won well last start and also goes in the mix.

Maps well from the draw and resumes off the back of some strong support. Should give this a shake from the kind barrier.

Can’t have.

3. Geegees Mistruth (8)

Up from Tasmania off the back of winning 4 career starts to date and looking to remain unbeaten. Has good upside but much harder here.

4. Arabian Summer (5)

Scratched.

5. Kuroyanagi (6)

Lovely return just missing up on picking up Lingani with a luckless run. Hasn’t missed the quinella over this trip and Kah steers.

6. Madrina (4)

Likely pace setter who is off the back of breaking maiden. Should be rock hard fit for this and is well placed if any on pace bias is favoured on the day.

7. Manolo Bling (11)

Showed a booming turn of foot to win in the mid weeks on debut. Being thrown in the deep end for this but stacked with upside and should give this a shake.

8. All Woke (9)

Resumes off a break having taken on open company in SA. Much harder here but warrants a market check.

9. Berezka (1)

Can’t have.

10. Kirribilli (7)

Prefer others.

11. Just Like Gaby (2)

Showed good ability on debut behind First Settler on the Flemington track when doing a bit wrong. Better for the experience and will enjoy the extra trip.
