Chisholm is on debut and comes up early favourite. Solid chance in this field. Latin Boss will need luck from the draw but is racing well enough in trials to be considered against this lot. Bubion was good on debut and can show up against these. Rohesia has shown good pace winning both trials and should be able to settle handy and give a bold sight in this.

Lead and won a trial in good fashion. Drawn wide but is capable in this field and has been heavily backed in early markets. Zahra rides and this race suits.

Strong effort on debut and racing in good fashion. Maps kindly from barrier 6 and brings in some handy form. Takes beating and best of the raced brigade.

6. Aliquam (5)

First starter who was sound in a QLD trial. Warrants a market check.

7. Angelotti (4)

Ridden out and won a recent trial. Looks to have talent and is a market watch in this.

8. Chisholm (8)

Comes up early favourite off the back of a convincing win in a NSW trial. Will take beating here with even luck from the draw.

9. Grammy’s Sunshine (2)

Gets the gun draw and settle handy to win its trial. Warrants respect and thought.

10. Rohesia (9)

Racing well in trials and despite the awkward draw can still give this a shake. Goes close and warrants a market check.

11. Within The Law (10)

First starter with Melham aboard. Drawn wide but showed good ability in a recent trial. Keep an eye on market moves.
