Track: Good 4 Weather: Showers

Reserve Bank looks the one in this. Resumed with a massive win and put in a huge effort with no favours last time out. Gallant Son also had no favours last run and can give this a shake. It was beaten by Stoli Bolli but the former had a tougher run. Tarpaulin has the quality but has been mixing its form to date while Aldolfito maps for a good run in transit and finds the right field to go on with things.

Can’t have.

2. Bodyguard (2)

Is better than his first up effort and no surprise to see solid market support already. Maps well and expect a bold bid resuming.

3. Aldolfito (4)

Untapped and undefeated to date. Much sterner test here but kindly draw and can measure up.

4. Tarpaulin (1)

Yet to put it all together but form is good enough when on song and maps to do no work in the run. Goes close.

5. Stoli Bolli (9)

Under the odds after getting the favours last run. Can win but expecting it to drift.

6. Reserve Bank (8)

Goes firmly on top and is the best bet of the day. Enormous first up win and lost no admirers last time out having no luck in transit. Should be extremely hard to beat with a back to follow in this.

7. Gallant Son (3)

Luckless last start and maps for a much softer run this time around. Finds a suitable field and should give this a shake. Big danger to the on top selection.

8. Lofty Arch (10)

Couldn’t maintain a quick speed last time out. With a better run in transit and less pace it’ll go close in this.

9. Peace Centre (6)

Can’t have.

10. Lovelycut (5)

Prefer others.
