Hoped for more fresh but can show improvement in this and okay drawn wide with its pattern. Best efforts are good enough for this field, now just time to show it.

Can build off the first up run and proven above this level. The map looks good from barrier 6 and this race is well within reach.

Can’t have.

4. Penthouse (7)

Prefer others.

5. Passeggiata (2)

Overrated by the market often but should give this a shake if jumping clean and finding its best form.

6. Expressiveness (4)

Can’t have.

7. Lazy Susan (10)

Big win last start but much harder here. Warrants respect despite the wide draw.

8. Isthmus (1)

Airborne this prep and finds the right race to make it three in a row. Maps to control the race and does look superbly placed in this.

9. Flying Fizz (5)

Can’t have.

10. Niance (3)

Impossible to knock including three wins from four goes last prep. 2/2 fresh and 3/4 with Childs aboard. Ticks all the boxes and finds a suitable field.

11. Pondalowie (9)

Good win last start but a decent leap in depth here. Egan sticks and he is 2/2 aboard which is a positive sign.
