Track: Good 4 Weather: Showers

Handy small field. Ameena was a strong runner resuming. Well placed about this lot and can go on with things. Dual nommed and may stay in Sydney. ImmortalStar won nicely last start and Shinn rides. Silmarillion is also dual nommed and is well placed in this field off the back of double placings. Zeitung wasn’t far off the favourite fresh without much luck. Gap to the rest.

1. Ameena (5)

Lovely win fresh beating a handy field up. Zahra jumps aboard and he has a strong record when riding. First look at the track and is a big hope again.

2. Immortal Star (6)

Strong win last start and Shinn sticks which is ideal. Slightly harder on paper here but going well and commands respect.

3. Silmarillion (2)

Racing well with back to back seconds. Should get every chance from the draw and has the right race to break through here.

4. Satin Stiletto (9)

Can’t have.

5. Sakima (3)

Been sound without threatening. Would need to find a length or two to be taking this out.

6. Zeitung (7)

Wasn’t far off the favourite last start without much luck. That looks the right form for this. Should be able to camp off the speed and will be hitting the line hard.

7. Supercilious (1)

Can’t have.

8. Sassy Jenni (4)

This looks too tough.

9. Viola Vivace (8)

Prefer others.
